Payment
- Please make sure your payment is made prior to your pickup day as well as before 4pm during business hours to be able to service you. If payments are made after business hours online after the due date your service will be rendered the following week
- All sales are final and once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
Prices changes
- Due to the increase in the cost of resources, prices are subject to change over time. Currently we have no system to notify customers of these changes.
- When paying for your service for a full year or in advance the price is not locked in, any rate increase will affect your credit.
Pickup

- As we observe the list holidays, please keep in mind we will be closed on the actual day the holiday takes place. When this occurs, we will run ONE DAY LATE. If Holiday is on the weekend, it will not affect normal pickup day. Therefore if your trash days falls on the actual holiday or the day after, your regular pickup will be pushed back one day.
